My mom picks me up from school today and she’s listening to the Adele cd I gave her. I had a sudden feeling of ‘no big deal’ happiness. I’m glad she is now sharing my love of Adele with me.
Feel free to judge, but I have an obsession with award shows. Every year my mom and I sit to watch every single one. I like predicting which dresses are going to be on the best or worst dressed list, and I predict who will win and who will lose. I think the aspect of class and everyone coming together to honor the best of movies and music interest me.
